Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of complex commercial litigation and general litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
- Take and defend depositions, draft and argue motions, and manage all aspects of discovery.
- Lead eDiscovery processes, utilizing advanced tools and strategies for managing large data sets.
- Work closely with partners and senior associates, mentoring junior attorneys.
- Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide strategic litigation advice.
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and settlement discussions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of commercial litigation and general litigation experience.
- Proven track record in taking and defending depositions, managing cases in state and federal courts.
- Solid experience in all aspects of eDiscovery, including the use of eDiscovery software and tools.
- Licensed in NJ; NY license is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
